Lauren Ash

 

Lauren Elizabeth Ash was born on the 4th of February, 1983 in Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most well-known for her role in the sitcom Superstore's Dina Fox. She is also an alumna of both Second City Toronto Mainstage and Second City Chicago mainstage and is a member of the comedy duo "Cory!" She is a two-time Canadian Comedy Award winner for Best Female Improviser in 2007 and 2006, and was also awarded Best Performance by a Female - Television for Almost Heroes in 2012 and in 2015 was awarded the Best Female Performance in film for her performance as Carol in the film Dirty Singles. Also, she has been part of the prank series "Scare Tactics". Lauren, along with Christy Oxborrow, co-hosts "True Crime and Cocktails", her podcast.
